Making progress on Galveston Juneteenth mural

An artist works Saturday on a Juneteenth mural in Galveston. The artwork, by Houston-based muralist Reginald Adams, includes Esteban de Dorantes and Harriet Tubman. The mural will have a way to use smartphones to learn more about those depicted in it.
