Jesse Louis Taylor, Jr. (“J.L.”) passed away in Houston on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 of natural causes. He was the loving husband of Mary Annella (Till) Taylor for almost 64 years. Born in Houston on March 31, 1935, he was the son of Jesse Louis Taylor, Sr. and Zonetta Frankie (Blair) Taylor.
