Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty Realtor, Rachel Solar takes great pride in the fact she’s been able to represent and serve clients at all price points across the entire Houston metro area.
Solar stated that by actively representing sellers and buyers in all neighborhoods, she is uniquely positioned to help direct clients to homes and communities that best fit their stated desires.
Just last month, Solar said she closed on three homes on the same day including a property in the Heights, one in West University and another is Southampton.
“As a trusted advisor to my clients, my responsibility is to put my buyers/ sellers in a position to make highly informed decisions. The only way to make a truly informed decision is to understand the entire real estate landscape, not just a single home or single neighborhood,” she said.
Solar has a very diverse client base and has served several at different phases of their life.
“It’s important to me that I develop a strong sense of expertise across all neighborhoods. Houston is an incredible city. There really is something for everyone. I love being able to work with my clients to find their perfect treasure. No matter what their unique or changing needs are, we can work together to find the perfect home for them,” said Solar.
Solar said the Houston market is “hot” with this record year and record low inventory.
“A home purchase is an investment and a commitment, and it’s one that I want them to feel excited about. I don’t want my clients to ever feel rushed or limited - and I certainly don’t want them to feel unprepared or pressured,” she said.
Solar, who is from Paris, Tennessee, has been in real estate since 2014, is married to her native Houstonian husband and has resided in the Heights for nearly 10 years.
Prior to real estate, Solar worked in sales for Houston Magazine and on development in the non-profit industry.
Solar has distinctive honors as a member of Martha Turner Sotheby’s Hall of Fame and has been named a Top Producer several times she said.
She credits her success to these key personal traits.
