With great sadness, the family of Gaye Platt announces that she passed away unexpectedly in her sleep during the early morning hours of Wednesday, July 14, a week after her 80th birthday. On July 30, members of her family gathered for a private graveside service officiated by Dr. Linda Christians, Senior Pastor of West University United Methodist Church.
