Scott Edward Nance, 59, of Dallas, Texas, died July 25, 2021, at his Dallas home.

Scott was born on June 15,1962 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His parents were Wayne and Jane Nance of Tyler, Texas.

He attended Lafayette High School in Lafayette, Louisiana. He continued his education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas Texas, graduating with a degree in Business.

He enjoyed travel, fishing trips to Alaska and vintage black and white movies.

He is survived by his brother, Steve Nance and his spouse Elaine Nance; his niece Kristen Nance Pribilski and her spouse Grant Pribilski and two daughters, Kennedy and Kirby; his nephew, Michael Nance and his spouse Alex Nance and their son Cooper.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Wayne Nance and his mother, Jane Ann Nance.

A private memorial service for immediate family will be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Dallas.
