Artavia, the newest master-planned community in the Montgomery County/Conroe area, announces the release of a new section of 60-foot-wide homesites. Buyers interested in these new homesites may select from homes by Highland Homes and Westin Homes. Additionally, the builders have move-in ready homes and numerous homes under construction to choose from.

Homes in Artavia are offered by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin.

“Our community growth is steady, and this is the third section of homesites we have released this year. We are scheduled to release three more sections in 2021,” said Lisa Connell, marketing director of Airia Development Company, developer of Artavia. “Visit our 10 model homes to find out more about these homesites or make an appointment on the ‘Homes’ section of our website.”

Amenities in Artavia are already in place. At the heart of Artavia is Dapple Park, a 13-acre community park overlooking a 5-acre lake where residents can launch their own kayak or rent paddleboats. The contemporarystyle clubhouse features event rooms; a 24-hour FitCenter; and the Palate Cafe, a one-of-a-kind community restaurant that promotes community gathering. Surrounding it are areas promoting imaginative play, outdoor living and an active lifestyle including a meditation rain garden, splash pad, nature exploration zone, event lawn, playground and an extensive trail system with outdoor fit stations.

Artavia’s lifestyle team is on site to manage regularly scheduled events, classes and activities for residents and for future residents waiting on their new homes to be built.

Artavia has received the Nationals’ Silver Award for Master-Planned Community of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC).
