Gunfire at bar leaves one dead, two wounded

A man was killed in a shooting early Saturday at a far North Dallas bar, Dallas police said.

About 1:15 a.m., officers found three people with gunshot wounds at the Hideaway in the 14900 block of Preston near Belt Line, police said.

All three were taken to a hospital, where 45-yearold Ngarge Spears was pronounced dead, police said. The conditions of the other two weren’t provided.

A man believed to be the gunman in Spears’ death fled east in a silver or gray Cadillac.
