What to expect at OTC
Officials with the Offshore Technology Conference say their safety and health plans for this year’s event are constantly under consideration. As of Friday afternoon, here were the protocols they had in place:
• OTC staff, contractors and suppliers will be required to wear masks at all times while inside NRG Center.
• Masks are encouraged for attendees and exhibitors, but not required. OTC will have free masks available.
• Attendees will be asked to follow social distancing protocols while interacting with others.
• Attendees who are feeling sick will be asked to attend the conference virtually.
• Exhibitors will be asked to routinely disinfect their booths and materials, discouraged from distributing printed materials and encouraged to screen staff for COVID-19, practice social distancing and comply with NRG Park guidelines.
