Arts & crafts shows highlight Houston’s diversity

Indoor and outdoor arts and crafts shows offering paintings, sculpture, film, music, antiques and other fine arts are visited by many enthusiast­s every year. Houston is diverse, and this is reflected in the wide variety of fall festivals with opportunit­ies to enjoy the artistic manifestat­ions of different cultures.

• Prime Art Fest is scheduled for Aug. 28 at Prime Art Gallery, 11002 Westheimer Road. It’s an open market for artists and vendors to sell, buy, and trade. Go to eventbrite.com for more informatio­n.

• The Internatio­nal Royal Music & Art Festival will be held Sept. 11-12 at The Beltway Regulators Barn, 636 Trammel Fresno Road in Fresno. • This year’s Bayou

• Chocolate and Art Show will feature some of Houston’s finest up-andcoming artists, photograph­ers and creators Nov. 18-20 at Sharespace, 1120 Naylor St.
