Barbara Frazier, 87, of Wheelock, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021. A visitation will be held from 10-11 am, with a funeral service to begin at 11 am, on Monday, August 30th, at Bethel Lutheran. A reception will follow at Bethel Lutheran.
