Longtime Kingwood Realtor knows area well
Realtor Michelle Feltrop with Martha Turner, Sotheby’s International Realty has called Houston her home since she came here 19 years ago from Scotland and has made a name for herself in the Kingwood community as a luxury home Realtor.
Feltrop’s focus area is throughout Kingwood and the surrounding areas and said it’s a wonderful place to be.
“Kingwood is an amazing place to start a family,” said Feltrop. “I love that I am able to find remarkable properties at every price point where I can feel confident that my clients are in good neighborhoods with familyfriendly activities and incredible schools. It is a great time to buy a house in Kingwood because there are many motivated sellers and wonderful houses coming on the market daily.
Feltrop, a Realtor for the past 14 years, has resided in Kingwood for 22 years while raising her family.
As a longtime Kingwood resident, Feltrop has extensive knowledge of information related to schools, the community at large and the overall real estate market. Since she also moved here internationally, she is familiar with the challenges of relocating as well.
She chose this career to help others in their time of need.
“I wanted a career where I could help people and make a positive impact in their lives. Because I have not lived here my whole life and have moved houses several times, I have a good understanding of how to help people as they transition into their new homes,” said Feltrop.
Before entering the real estate industry, Feltrop, who had a photography business, was in sales.
A national and international relocation specialist, she has received the Circle of Excellence Award twice, which is an achievement earned by the top producers of the company for her dedication to her clients. In addition, she recently earned Top Producer for the first half of 2021 in Kingwood.
She said that she prides herself on her customer service skills. Feltrop is also known for her integrity, patience, being a good listener, being compassionate, and communication skills.

Feltrop is a mother to two teenage children and enjoys yoga and volunteering with numerous charities in her free time.
