Realtor finds her calling in real estate industry.
Greenwood King Properties Realtor Christina Pizzitola has found her passion in the real estate industry as she works to help clients accomplish their housing goals.
Pizzitola works with clients throughout the greater Houston area and the surrounding suburbs.
She advises buyers to take advantage of the excellent prospects on the market.
“It has been a great opportunity for buyers with the low interest rates and a fantastic opportunity for sellers with high demand,” she said.
Pizzitola, a Highland Village-area resident, launched her real estate career in February 2020 after working as a CPA for an accounting firm and then a small family office. Her former CPA experience has helped her “with my business structure and budgeting.”
She also enjoys interacting with clients.
“I love how all of my clients have very different tastes, from location to finishes to ‘non-negotiable’ items of the home. I have learned so much since the start of my career. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself. I feel real estate is exactly what I should be doing. This industry gives me unlimited potential for growth in my career,” she said.
She is also very familiar with numerous Houston neighborhoods. Pizzitola grew up in Sugar Land, attended St. Laurence Catholic School and is a graduate of St. Agnes Academy. She then graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting.
Choosing to become a Realtor allowed Pizzitola the opportunity to become an entrepreneur, something she’s always wanted to pursue.
“It gives me the freedom to have a business and create the life I envision for myself and my future family. Growing up, I watched my uncle and cousin, Christopher and Michael Sims, build beautiful properties around Houston and always knew I wanted to sell homes like those one day. I love that real estate gives you the opportunity to work as hard as you want to create your own success. This industry allows me to meet people from all over with different stories,” said Pizzitola.
Her key personal traits are dedication to her clients as well as integrity and availability.
“I work extremely hard because I realize my success is completely up to me,” she said. “No one is going to hand anything to you. I always try to be a good person throughout any transaction and treat people on both sides of the transaction the way that I would want to be
treated. I always make myself available to clients and walk them through every step of the way to make them the most comfortable as possible.”
