Realtor has dedicated almost a decade to help her clientele
Bernstein Realty Realtor Danielle Deavers, a native Houstonian and fourth generation Texan, takes her job seriously when working with clients.
With an extensive background in marketing and corporate location, Deavers, who began her real estate career in 2013, focuses on the greater Houston area when working with a wide range of clients, from investors to buyers, sellers, and renters.
Deavers, known for being a strong advocate and invaluable resource for clients, prides herself on her intensive knowledge of Houston’s real estate market as well as the ins and outs of the city’s neighborhoods.
The dedication to her clients shines through in her work.
“I’m passionate about helping people,” Deavers said. “I truly believe finding the right home in the best neighborhood is life changing. I enjoy working with clients, getting to know them and their lifestyles, and then introducing them to the various neighborhoods throughout the city that best fit their needs.”
Deavers started selling real estate right out of college and never looked back.
“Many people are surprised when they find out I’ve been in the real estate industry for more than eight years,” she said.

Deavers enjoys working with a wide range of clients. She is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP); member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council; and Member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

In her free time, Deavers enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school, running at Memorial Park and attending workout classes at various local studios.
