Our parents lived a love story that very few have experienced. Meeting in June 1967, marrying in September 1967 and sharing 54 years of love, respect, devotion, and many great laughs, ours was a home filled with happiness.

Bob was born on the 18th of April 1940 in Big Spring, TX, the eldest son of his loving parents Ralph Briggs Harp and Dorothy Henderson Harp who predecease him. He is also predeceased by his brothers Alan Bennett Harp and Ralph Briggs Harp, Jr.

He is survived by his wife Kelly Wiley Harp, his daughter Carrie Harp Fisher and husband Clay and his son Robert Briggs Harp, Jr and wife Angi. He is also survived by granddaughters Kelly Lyn Fisher, Hazel Belle Harp, Vivian Briggs Harp, and Carlisle Fisher Powell and husband Brandon and great grandchildren Emma Scott Powell and Briggs Fisher Powell. Additionally, he is survived by his first cousin, Barbara Inman Pollock of South Carolina.
