-

Timothy “Tim” Calvin Feerer, 76, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 18, 2022, after a brave battle with Multiple System Atrophy.

Tim was born in Kansas City, MI, on June 20, 1945, to Don and Alice “Bitsy” Feerer, the youngest of four siblings. He grew up learning to love bulldogs, ride horses and shoot guns on his grandparents’ property. Later, the family moved to Western Springs, IL, where Tim attended Lyons Township High School in La Grange, IL, where he made several lifelong friends and was a member of the school’s wrestling team.

After leaving high school, Tim earned a Business Administration and Accounting degree from The University of Kansas. He went on to work for ExxonMobil and was a consultant for The Boeing Company, which moved him to Houston in 1981. Five years later, he founded his own company - Feerer & Associates - providing interior restoration and maintenance services, and opened an additional company - Environmental Floors - in 2005. Tim met his wife Anne in 1996 - together, they traveled extensively and made many wonderful memories. Tim and Anne eventually retired to Georgetown, TX, where they have enjoyed many happy times with both old and new friends!

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and his uncle Bud. He is survived by his loving wife Anne, son Nick, daughterin-law Ashlee, grandchildren Ava and Calum, his sister Jane, niece Shelli, nephew Scott, and great-nephews Maximus and Evan. Tim is also survived by Anne’s family in Edinburgh, Scotland, and elsewhere, and by many, many friends on both sides of the pond!

A Celebration of Life will be held at Bradshaw Carter in Houston from 4-7 pm on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022.

For those wishing to honor Tim’s memory with a charitable donation, the family suggests donating to the Multiple System Atrophy Coalition or a charity of your choice.
