JAMES RALPH TOLAND

August 22, 1939 - July 28, 2022

Ralph Toland, Missouri City, passed away July 28, after a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family. Born August 22, 1939, the only child of Murray and Ru De Toland, Ralph grew up in Jacksonville, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University, class of 1961 where he was a letterman on the Aggie Golf Team. He went on to receive an MBA from A&M in 1964 and served honorably in the United States Coast Guard. For over 50 years he enjoyed a distinguished career in dental equipment sales and was well known as one of the most professional representatives in the business. He was preceded in death by his parents and brotherin-law, Dr. Patrick Crouch. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Patricia Toland, son Kyle Toland, son LtCol Christopher Toland, grandson

Mikkel Toland, and many extended family members. Services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., August 20 at Quail Valley City Centre and Golf Club under the auspices of Settegast-Kopf followed by a reception celebrating Ralph’s long and honorable life.
