Who Do You Think You Are?

NBC, 6 p.m. ■ Season Finale

The Emmy-winning celebrity genealogy series executive produced by Lisa Kudrow and Dan Bucatinsky concludes Season 11 as actor Zachary Quinto traces his family tree with the help of genealogis­ts, historians and other experts.

Celebrity Family Feud ABC, 7 p.m.

Hosted by Steve Harvey, the first game is a hilarious faceoff between two actresses when Kristin Chenoweth competes against Kathy Najimy to see who will win the grand prize for their selected charities. In the next game, casts from reality shows My Unorthodox Life and Summer House battle it out to see who will come out on top.

Chesapeake Shores Hallmark Channel, 7 p.m. ■

Season Premiere

The multigener­ational family drama, based on a series of books by Sherryl Woods, returns for a sixth and final season, starting with tonight’s premiere episode “The Best Is Yet to Come.” Season 6’s 10 episodes will conclude the story of the O’Brien family, a tightknit group living in a quaint town on the Chesapeake Bay. Treat Williams, Barbara Niven, Andrew Francis, Meghan Ory, Robert Buckley and Laci J. Mailey star.

Sister With a Secret

Lifetime, 7 p.m.

In this U.S. movie premiere, a teenage girl goes missing and her family tries to figure out her secrets in order to find out the kidnapper’s identity and motive. As more evidence is revealed and a police investigat­ion commences, the truth leads to some shocking revelation­s. Stars Kelly Sullivan, Mark Famigliett­i, Grace Narducci and Taylor Foster.

Tales of the Walking Dead

AMC, 8 p.m. ■ New Series

The Walking Dead universe continues to grow, but there’s still no sign of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln left the series in Season 9). This new episodic anthology series features one-hour episodes focused on both new and establishe­d characters set in the world of the original series. An initial season of six episodes is planned.

The Journey Ahead

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, 8 p.m. ■ Original Film

A famous Hollywood actress and a young wilderness expert drive together from Los Angeles to New York. Along the way, both women learn they can’t run from their past to create the future they want. Holly Robinson Peete and Kaylee Bryant star.

Grantchest­er

PBS, 8 p.m. ■ Season Finale

As Season 7 of the British mystery series concludes, another homeless man is found murdered in the same manner as the previous victims. Geordie (Robson Green) and Will (Tom Brittney) realize that they may have sent the wrong man to prison, and that the real killer may still be at large.

Bridge and Tunnel

EPIX, 9 p.m. ■ Season Finale

Season 2 of creator Edward Burns’ halfhour, ’80s-set dramedy concludes with “The Promise Land Six,” which finds Jimmy (Sam Vartholome­os) and Jill (Caitlin Stasey) unsettled about the future, especially when Jill gets a new opportunit­y. Meanwhile, Lizzie (Barrett Wilbert Weed) doesn’t like Genie’s (Erica Hernandez) ballad, causing a rift in the band, while Tammy (Gigi Zumbado) thinks she understand­s the real reason for the tension; and Stacey (Isabella Farrell) has a huge audition.
