Mary Bonner Treanor, a beautiful and gracious woman passed from this life to be with her Lord and Savior on August 21, 2022 in Bangor, Maine. Mary was born in Ada Oklahoma on December 30, 1937.

She spent her childhood in Wichita Falls, TX and graduated from Midwestern University.

Mary’s career spanned 20+ years with National Photograph­ic Laboratori­es (NPL) in Houston where she retired as Vice President.

Active in the advertisin­g industry, Mary was the first female President of the Houston Ad Federation.

Mary was an experience­d sailor, and along with her husband sailed their sailboat, the Wiki Wiki, between Maine, the Caribbean, the Canadian Provinces, Newfoundla­nd, Labrador and twice across the Atlantic cruising the Mediterran­ean, Scotland, Scandinavi­a, France and Portugal.

Mary was the most gracious hostess and an excellent cook both at home and at sea.

Mary was a talented artist and a member of the Houston Watercolor Society. She was also a licensed pilot.

Mary is survived by her loving husband John, their sons Ted Gordon and Joel Treanor, her daughters in law Gail Gordon and Kathleen Treanor, her loving sisters Rhea Lee Ward & Sue Kightlinge­r, brothers in law Vince Ward and Andre Kightlinge­r, brother Raymond Bonner & wife Linda, and grandsons Trevor Gordon and Jack & Garrett Treanor and a host of beloved nieces and nephews.

Mary was predecease­d by her daughter Jena, son Collin, their precious dogs Gus, Bridgette, Rudy and Parents Raymond and Nova Corinne Bonner.
