Experts warn about storm lull

The peak of the Atlantic hurricane season is here. And while June and July had long lulls, National Hurricane Center scientists still expect a busier-than-usual season. Chances for an above-average season decreased only slightly, from 65 to 60 percent, since forecasters gave their early predictions.
