Texas judge rules on HIV drug
A federal judge in North Texas on Wednesday sided with conservative Christian business owners who argued that employers should not have to provide insurance coverage for PrEP, an HIV prevention drug, based on their religious freedom. The ruling was another blow to the Affordable Care Act. The Biden administration is expected to appeal.
