The Abbey residents enjoy a plethora of activities
The Abbey at Westminster Plaza announces the winner of their third annual “Pawject Runway.” Izzy is a Shih Tzu owned by resident Jenny Hendrickson.
This is just one of the many popular events that the Abbey hosts for their residents.
“We have a very active group here,” says Irina, the Abbey’s Activity Director. “They enjoy weekly trips, seminars and a book club. In addition to art classes, crafts, happy hour and exercise our residents enjoy our state of the art health and wellness center.”
The center offers a complete gym, indoor heated pool with water aerobics five days a week.
Rehab services and a hydrotherapy pool are also available in addition to a full schedule of wellness and exercise classes. The Abbey provides residents with a greater opportunity for experiencing a healthier, happier and more distinctive lifestyle through active senior living.
