Greer’s late catch lifts Clear Falls

Clear Falls scored twice in the fourth quarter, and Payton Greer’s 11-yard touchdown reception with 12 seconds remaining helped the Knights avoid overtime for a 21-14 victory against Clear Springs on Friday in District 24-6A action at Challenger Columbia Stadium.

Clear Falls (5-1, 2-0) finished with 403 total yards and 19 first downs, and overcame two turnovers to hold off a Clear Springs (3-3, 1-1) team coming off an upset of Dickinson last week.
