Djokovic in final against Tsitsipas

Novak Djokovic survived a second-set tiebreaker in the Astana Open semifinals, and shortly after, his opponent Daniil Medvedev retired with a leg injury Saturday in Kazakhstan.

Djokovic advanced at 4-6, 7-6 (6). In Sunday’s final, he’ll play thirdseeded Stefanos Tsitsipas, who rallied to beat fifthseeded Andrey Rublev 4-6, 6-4, 6-3.

All-American final set for Japan Open:

Frances Tiafoe and Taylor Fritz set up an all-American final at the Japan Open after winning threeset semifinals Saturday.

Tiafoe toppled Kwon Soon-woo of South Korea 6-2, 0-6, 6-4. Fritz rallied to beat Denis Shapovalov 6-3, 6-7 (5), 6-3.

No. 1 Swiatek in Agel Open title match:

No. 1-ranked Iga Swiatek reached yet another final Saturday at the Agel Open in the Czech Republic, prevailing against Ekaterina Alexandrova 7-6 (5), 2-6, 6-4.

She’ll face Barbora Krejcikova, who thrilled with a comeback win against Elena Rybakina by 3-6, 7-6 (4), 6-4.
