Police: Man shot to death after he wouldn’t leave ex

A man was fatally shot in the head Saturday morning after refusing to leave his ex-girlfriend, police said.

Police said the man was having a disturbance with his ex-girlfriend around 1 a.m. at the home in the 11800 block of Spring Grove Drive.

A couple of men inside the home were trying to get the ex-boyfriend to leave, according to police. After some tussling between the men and ex-boyfriend, gunfire erupted, police said.

The suspects left the home after the shooting.
