In his time off, Brad enjoyed travel, especially when it involved a foreign locale or a beautiful beach. He spent many contented hours sailing on Lake Michigan with family members. He also reluctantly got involved in renovation projects, but was excited to show off the homes that he and his wife renovated and the office building they restored in the museum district.
