GWENDOLYN KNIGHT

Gwen passed peacefully on October 28th, the first child of Bob and Patsye Knight.

She was born in St. Joseph Hospital downtown and graduated from Springs Woods Highschool in Spring Branch. She then attended Texas Tech University. Working at Richard, Wayne & Roberts she met her best friend and caring angel, Amy Adams. After surviving cancer surgeries, she volunteered at Ron Stone’s CanCare organization encouraging and supporting cancer patients and was named CanCare Volunteer of the Year in 1996. She is survived by her mother - Patsye Knight, two brothers and their wives - Roger and Isabel Knight, Randall and Janice Knight and their two daughters, Lauren and Katie.We were blessed to have Gwen for 64 years and will miss her dearly.
