Ms. Barbara Jean (Gillespie) Manuel, age 86, of Humble, Texas passed away on November 14, 2022. Barbara was born in DeQuincy, LA. Barbara retired after 45 years as an educator in both Louisiana and Texas.

A funeral service for Barbara will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Carl Barnes Funeral Home, 746 W 22nd Street, Houston, TX 77008. Immedi- ately following the funeral service she will be laid to rest at Paradise Cemetery North, 10401 West Montgomery, Houston, TX 77088.
