Patti Dunham passed away peacefully on November 24th surrounded by her children. Patti was born January 28, 1938 in Peoria, Illinois but called Pasadena and Houston her home. Her final residence was at Brazos Towers where she spent her last months meeting new friends and especially enjoyed brunch and playing Rummikub, Canasta and Bingo.

Patti and her beloved husband Don lived in Pasadena for over 25 years where they raised their three children. She and Don had an enduring love for life and each other. The Dunham family and fortunate friends that tagged along enjoyed

epic camping adventures in the great Texas outdoors, her favorites of which were Big Bend National Park and Big Thicket National Preserve. Whether it was at a camp fire or in her warm kitchen at home, Patti was known for her love of cooking and the creation of gourmet meals for family and friends. Christmas cookies from her were always a treasured holiday treat. She was a voracious reader and an expert on Hollywood classic film. She loved crocheting afghans and creating beautiful needlepoin­t and cross-stitch pieces. Patti was a member of Saint John Vianney Catholic Church and enjoyed volunteeri­ng at Joseph’s Coat resale shop.

Wendell and Lora Wheeler. She is survived by the following: son, Michael Dunham, and his wife Rosie, granddaugh­ter Karissa Maples and her husband Steven, granddaugh­ter Candice Lopez and her husband Anthony, daughter Donna Keith and her husband Randy, grandson Dr. Donald Egan and his husband Nick and granddaugh­ter Kerry Egan. Daughter Lori Faw, and her husband Brian Faw and grandson Loren Dunham. Patti was also blessed with three great-grandchild­ren, Makenzie Maples, Luke and Asher Lopez.

Despite enduring years of physical pain and restrictio­ns, Patti never complained and did her best to enjoy life to the fullest of her ability. She is finally pain free and reunited with the love of her life.

A funeral mass is planned for Wednesday, December 7, 10:30 AM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church located at 625 Nottingham Oaks
