ARTAVIA presents 3rd Annual Enchanted Home Tour

-

The ARTAVIA® master-planned community has kicked off an Enchanted Home Tour to showcase 14 model homes dazzling in holiday décor, move-in ready homes and an amenity center complete with family photo opportunities that you won’t want to miss.

During the Enchanted Home Tour, ARTAVIA model homes will serve as a Toys for Tots donation collection site. Interested visitors are encouraged to bring in a new unwrapped toy to any model home to contribute to the annual toy drive.

Through Dec. 31, home shoppers can also register at any of the 14 decorated model homes for a chance to win a magical trip. (No purchase is necessary, entry forms are readily available and each entry has an equal chance of winning.) All model homes were decorated by Frankie Dziedzic of DZ Design and Interiors, known for his interior design and holiday-scapes.

“Buyers will want to take advantage of the promotions and special offers that builders have in place to complete their home purchase and move-in by year end,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director of AIRIA Development® Company, the developer of ARTAVIA. “The builders here have a wide variety of floor plans and pricing available to help satisfy buyers who are ready to make a move to ARTAVIA.”

Homes in ARTAVIA are offered by Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Lennar, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. Available move-in ready homes are marked with festive signs and will be open for viewing Monday - Saturday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 1-5 p.m.

A special highlight of the enchanted festivities is a 25-foot-tall iconic tree at the community amenity center.

“This tree provides the perfect holiday family photo setting and the location is in the midst of the spectacular amenities that ARTAVIA has to offer,” said Lisa Connell. “It is a fun way to get into the Holiday spirit while exploring the new homes available now.”

Dapple Park™ is at the heart of ARTAVIA and is a 13-acre community park, which includes a 5-acre lake with paddleboats, a kayak launch area, a boardwalk, splash pad and playground. The contemporary-style amenity center features a 24-hour FitCenter, Palate Café, and an Event Lawn with both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

ARTAVIA is located north of Grand Parkway, midway between I-45 north and US 59 north, and east of FM 1314 on Texas 242. The development will bring approximately 5,200 homes to the area, and plans currently include over 120 acres of mixed-use, commercial, and retail properties. Students living in ARTAVIA attend Conroe ISD.

With its convenient location, ARTAVIA affords access to a long list of employment, medical, retail and recreation destinations.
