Q: What are your neighborhood/areas of focus?
Debbie Levine:
Houston’s premier neighborhoods including West University, Southampton, Braes Heights, Bellaire, Upper
Kirby, Montrose, the Heights, Memorial, Tanglewood and Galveston.
Q: How long have you ben in real estate and what are some things you enjoy about it?
DL:
With 23 years in the real estate industry and as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR),
I enjoy working with people as they obtain their dream of homeownership. Many clients have become lifelong friends.
Every day is different and you never know what the day ahead will bring. It’s a constant challenge and the sky is the limit.
Q: How would you describe your work ethic and skills that bring you success?
DL:
I am honest, conscientious and have a low-pressure approach. Earning my client’s trust is my number one priority.
Q: What are some key ways you help your clients in the buying or selling process?
DL:
I navigate clients through every step of the real estate transaction and thoroughly educate them regarding current market trends.
By the end of a transaction, my clients feel like they have obtained the best deal the market will bear at that time.
Q: How is the marketplace faring now and is it a good time to buy?
DL:
While interest rates have risen a bit, buyers now have more leverage and are able to purchase homes at a better price rather than paying way over market value for their home.
Q: How does your company support your sales process?
DL:
I have ongoing training to keep up with current market trends, excellent global exposure, professional business planning, and round the clock availability for agents.

Q: What are your education/ degrees/previous work and training?
DL:
I’m a native Houstonian, Bellaire High School, University of Houston. My previous work was as a parole officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

DL:
I have been Top Producer for 21 consecutive years, Top 1% of Realtors in the state of Texas, and HAR Top Producer based on sales volume.
