Jacqueline Stahl Woike, died peacefully at her home on Tuesday, the 6th of December 2022, in Houston, Texas. Jacky was born in Cleveland Ohio on December 12, 1930, to Paul and Charlotte Stahl. She graduated valedictor­ian of her high school class and attended three years of college. It was at Miami of Ohio where she met and soon married Bill Woike. Together they demonstrat­ed what a fun and devoted marriage looked like. After years of being a wonderful mother and dedicated volunteer, her favorite paid job was giving tours of Houston and escorting authors to media events.

Jacky was known to her family and friends for her sacrificia­l care of Bill, her faith, kindness, and generosity,

Jacky is survived by her three children and their spouses, Sue and Joe Warren, Wendy and Rob Leonard, and Bill and Laura Woike; nine grandchild­ren, Stephanie Wilkinson and husband John, Dianne English and husband Dan IV, Robert Leonard, Jr. and fiancée Courtney Beard, Tom Leonard, Emily Leonard, Angela Fulcher and husband Evan, Hattie Teal and husband Jake, Jack Woike and fiancée Ava Rollins, and Eileen Lovekamp and wife Hannah. Jacky was blessed to live long enough to have eight great-grandchild­ren, Ben and Joseph Wilkinson, Dan V and Sarah English, Harry Fulcher, Vera and Jake Teal, and Oliver Lovekamp.

A celebratio­n of Jacky’s life will be held in the chapel of Memorial Drive Presbyteri­an Church, 11612 Memorial Dive on Friday, January 6, at 11:00 a.m.
