Duke wins ACC crown in 1st year without Coach K
GREENSBORO, N.C. — Jeremy Roach scored 23 points and No. 21 Duke locked down defensively to beat No. 13 Virginia 59-49 in Saturday night's Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament championship, securing a title in Jon Scheyer's debut season as the successor to Hall of Fame coach Mike Krzyzewski.
Freshman Mark Filipowski added 20 points and 10 rebounds for the fourth-seeded Blue Devils (26-8) as they won a league-record 22nd championship.

Courtney Ramey's 3-pointer with 18 seconds left keyed Arizona's 61-59 upset of UCLA in the championship game. Azuolas Tubelis led the Wildcats (28-6) with 19 points. Amari Bailey led the Bruins (29-5) with 19 points.

In New York, Jayden Nunn scored 18 points in VCU's 90-78 win over Saint Louis in the semifinals. … Toumani Camara had 28 points and Daron Holmes scored 20 in Dayton's 78-68 win against Fordham.

Tyler Kolek and Marquette (28-6) beat Xavier 65-51 to win the Big East Tournament for the first time.

In Chicago, Zach Edey had 32 points and 14 rebounds in Purdue's 8066 win over Ohio State in the semifinals of the Big Ten tournament. The Boilermakers will face Penn State (22-12), a 77-73 winner over Indiana.
IVY LEAGUE
Tosan Evbuomwan had 21 points in Princeton's 77-70 victory against Pennsylvania on Saturday in Princeton, N.J. The Tigers (20-8) will face Yale (21-7), a 80-60 winner over Cornell. John Poulakidas had 25 points for the Bulldogs.

Dylan Penn scored 21 points to lead Vermont (23-11) to a 72-59 victory over UMass Lowell in Burlington, Vt., and clinch an automatic NCAA Tournament bid.

In Frisco, Alijah Martin scored 30 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and Florida Atlantic took control early and beat UAB 78-56 to clinch an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

In Cleveland, Sincere Carry scored 26 points as second-seed Kent State (28-6) beat top-seeded Toledo (27-7), 93-78.

In Atlantic City, N.J., Daniss Jenkins scored 22 of his 27 points in the second half as Iona beat Marist 76-55 to clinch an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

In Las Vegas, Jaedon LeDee scored 15 points and Matt Bradley added 14 to lead San Diego State to a 62-57 victory over Utah State and clinch an NCAA Tournament bid.

In Norfolk, Va., Jelani Williams scored 20 points to lead Howard (22-12) to a 65-64 win over Norfolk State in the championship and the Bison's first trip to the NCAA Tournament in 31 years.
