Rosemary Pearson Jacobe Sharman Creasey died peacefully on Friday, the 24th of March 2023, in Houston, Texas. She was 102 years of age. She was born on the 7th of February 1921 in Houston, Texas, and is a 3rd generation Houstonian. She attended the Hockaday School in Dallas and went on to graduate from the University of Texas where she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.

After graduating, she worked as Dr. Jacobe’s dental assistant until they took over the Jacobe Pearson Lincoln Mercury Dealership­s. She was very active during her life at Trinity Episcopal Church, St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, and Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority bazaars and projects. She was a member of River Oaks Country Club, the Petroleum Club, the Bay Bend Club in Carancahua Bay, and Camp Waldemar for girls. She was a life Trustee of the Good Samaritan Foundation. Rosemary lived the ranch life during her youth on the 1776 Ranch in Webster, Texas. She enjoyed hunting in Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado and fishing in Naples, Florida, the Bahamas, and other islands, and Carancahua Bay, Palacios, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby Pearson and Raymond “Chink” Pearson; her parents, Mattie Maitland Pearson and Colonel Raymond Pearson; husbands Dr. Howard William Jacobe, Jr., James W. Sharman, and Earl “Pete” Creasey.

She led a very full life and is survived by her children, Rosemary Jacobe Harrison, Janet Jacobe Houston and her husband Steve, and Howard William Jacobe III and his wife Tammie; her grandchild­ren, James H. Houston, Annie Houston Winter and her husband Scott, Melissa Wilson and her husband Garrett, Howard William Jacobe

IV; and great-grandchild­ren, Emily Grace Winter, SuHyeon Winter, Siwan Winter, Charlotte Wilson, Nathan Wilson, Melody Ray Jacobe; and many nieces and nephews.

She is also survived by the children, grandchild­ren, and great-grandchild­ren of husbands James W. Sharman and Earl “Pete” Creasey.

Services for Rosemary will be privately held.
