Ann Louise Wisch Crocker, 92, passed away March 25, 2024, in Houston, Texas.

Ann was born July 14, 1931 in West Columbia, Texas, and lived there for more than 80 years before moving to Houston, due to declining health.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John T. (Bob) Crocker, parents, Fred & Myrle Wisch, siblings, Wilma Isbell, Lillian Serres, Violet Crego, Bud Wisch and their spouses. She is survived by three daughters, Chaille James and children, Jared, Stefanie Bourne (Chris), Alexa James; Mick Pritchett (Jim) and children, Jennifer Roane (Kyle), James Pritchett, Jr. (M. K. Webb) & Melanie Fitzpatric­k (Conor); and Sheila Crocker (John Cumming) and children, Paige & Brette Crocker, Kelly & Sarah Cumming. She is also survived by twelve greatgrand­children and sibling, Bill Wisch.

Ann worked as a purchasing agent at Dow Freeport Hospital before beginning a successful career in real estate in the 1960’s with Dennis Ottinger. She ultimately formed Crocker Realty Company and worked there for many years. She was active in the W. Columbia community and thoroughly enjoyed serving as President of the W.C. Chamber of Commerce in the 70’s.

She had a great love of family, friends, and country. She had a vivacious personalit­y, great sense of humor, and a true heart of gold. She enjoyed her recognitio­n and popularity in the community.

A Memorial service will be held at Columbia Methodist Church on Saturday, April 20, at 10 a.m. (315 S. 16th Street, W.C.).
