OFFICE

Hunter Dance Center has leased 8,824 square feet in WA Development’s Corporate Centre Shepherd at 747 N. Shepherd. The project is now 100 percent leased. Charlie Neuhaus of Avison Young represented the tenant. David R. David and Drew Beeson of WA Development represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL

Curflo has signed a 10-year lease for a 31,140-square-foot building in Seaco Business Park at 1113 Howard Drive in Deer Park. Curflo, a privately held company founded this year, uses the facility to manufacture, test and inventory pumps. LeDon Wissner of Smith Raines Co. represented the tenant. Ryan Wasaff of Welcome Realty Advisors represented Welcome Group. Welcome Group, a single-tenant design build and build-to-suit development firm, owns 18 buildings in the Seaco Business Park and is developing the Seaco 8 Business Park on 13 acres on West 8th Street in Deer Park.

IMC Cos. has expanded into warehousing with the opening of a facility with more than 110,000 square feet at 359 Pike Court in La Porte for its Gulf Intermodal Services brand. Gulf Intermodal Services, a provider of professional drayage services, has other Texas locations at 101 Stang Road in La Porte, and in Dallas, San Antonio and Laredo. The new warehouse is close to the Barbours Cut and Bayport terminals.

Liberty Hot Shot Express has leased 9,000 square feet in the Cunningham Industrial Park at 5719 Cunningham Road in northwest Houston. Jim Autenreith and Dan Nguyen of Moody Rambin represented both parties.
