Pat passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 21, 2015. She graduated from Central High School in Memphis Tennessee. She attended Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas where she later became Miss SMU.

Early in her career, Pat modeled shoes for a prominent Italian Shoe Designer which enhanced her love of fashion and style. She also enjoyed a thirty-year career in real estate managing the family appraisal business and serving as CFO of Osenbaugh & Associates until her retirement in 1998 following the death of her husband Charles Osenbaugh. Ms. Osenbaugh earned the CIPS and FIPC designatio­ns during her career, was a member of the Houston chapter of the Appraisal Institute, the National Associatio­ns of Realtors, and the Internatio­nal Real Estate Federation. She served as President of the Internatio­nal Real Estate Federation Council – Houston FIABCI and as Vice President of the Legislativ­e/Environmen­tal Committee of the Internatio­nal Organizati­on.

Hobbies included traveling the world with friends and family for work and pleasure as well as volunteer service for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She was a life member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo serving on the Internatio­nal Committee for over 20 years and recently received the Diplomat Award.

Ms. Osenbaugh is survived by daughters Lynny Osenbaugh and Pamela Osenbaugh Walker and son-in-law Christophe­r Walker; sons, Vance Powell III, and Alan Osenbaugh and daughterin-law Debbie Osenbaugh; grandchild­ren Alexandra Walker, Logan Walker, Lacey Walker, Kemper Powell, Valerie Cavitt and husband Bryan, Lauren Osenbaugh, Blake Osenbaugh, and Natalie Osenbaugh; and special friends Karin Schulz, Jan Sutte, Mary Kay Owen, Antonia Lopez, and Nancy Rodrigouz. She was proceeded in death by her parents William and Mabel Watters, husband Charles Osenbaugh, and special friend Bill Bergfeld.

A Memorial Service celebratin­g her life will be held on Thursday June 25, 2015 at 10:00 am at Chapelwood United Methodist Church, 11140 Greenbay, Houston, Texas. The family sincerely thanks her wonderful neighbors, friends, helpers, and care givers that surrounded her with love and laughter.
