Park hosts Howl-A-Ween

The annual Howl-A-Ween is 9 a.m.noon Saturday, Oct. 31, at Katy Dog Park, 5414 Franz Road. Four-legged friends can come dressed to scare. The costume contest is a highlight, but there will be fun and games. Admission is one bag or can of dog food per dog to be donated to a local shelter.
