Howl-O-Ween calling all dogs

The city of Katy invites all canines (and their owners) to its annual Howl-OWeen celebration on Oct. 31 in the Katy Dog Park. The Halloween event, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., includes a costume contest and games. Admission is one can or bag of dog food per dog. The food will be donated to a local shelter.
