Celebrations increase as holidays near

Families prepare for the Monster Mash Bash at Children’s Museum of Houston

All are invited to Moe’s Monster Mash Bash on Halloween at the Monsters’ Museum of Houston, also known as the Children’s Museum of Houston.

Not only will kids stock up on Halloween treats, they can rock out to a deejay, watch Scooby Doo cartoons in the pumpkin patch, head out on a monster hunt and make glowin-the-dark slime.

These events happen 4-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 31.

The museum is located at 1500 Binz St.

General admission for the scary celebration is $10 per person.

It is $9 for seniors older than 65.

Children under one year of age are free.
