Baker Hughes employee honored as VIP woman
The National Association of Professional Women recently honored Melanie Lewis as a 20152016 inductee into its VIP Women of the Year Circle.
The NAPW recognized Lewis for her leadership in business.
She is a principal ombud at Baker Hughes’ corporate campus, 2929 Allen Parkway, Suite 2100.
She directs all aspects of the organizational ombuds office, which addresses questions, complaints and concerns of employees.
Lewis is a board member in Certification of Organizational Ombudsman Practitioners.
She has a bachelor’s in political science from Tulane and a master’s in business administration from Kennesaw State.
She received a juris doctor from South Texas, College of Law. business networking and advocacy group.
