Thomas Dealey Moxley Jr, age 75, died of cancer and kidney failure on October 27, 2015 in Houston, Texas. Tom is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Beth, of Willis, Texas; his children, Thomas D. Moxley III (Pamela), Timothy B. Moxley (Melonie); Amy Moxley Williams (Justino); and Ted M. Moxley (Amber); stepchildr­en Joey Grochett, and Kristie Grotchett Shields (Monte); his siblings Mike Moxley, Ruthie Moxley Ruelle and John Moxley. He is also survived by his grandchild­ren Chandler, Erin, Katie, Breanna, Stephen, Keegan, Caroline, Boston, Emmerson, Cash, Cameron, Rylee, Cayden, and Baylee. He is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ruth Peek Moxley, his sister Emily Booth, and his brother, Sam Moxley.

Tom was born on August 28th, 1940 in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Saint Gregory’s High School in 1959 and then he worked in the automotive parts industry as a salesman for five decades. Many of his customers became close friends and he was well respected in his industry. He was a great family man and a loving father. He had four children from his former wife, Carolyn Haight, and married Mary Beth in 2005. Tom was an active member of the Catholic parishes of Saint Maximillia­n Kolbe and Sacred Heart where he participat­ed in the Knights of Columbus and prison ministries. Tom was also an avid outdoorsma­n who enjoyed fishing and hunting. His favorite past time was cooking for his friends and family. Tom will be deeply missed by his children, grandchild­ren, numerous friends, and his cherished and devoted wife, Mary Beth. Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 29, 2015 at St. Maximillia­n Kolbe Catholic Church, 10135 West Rd., Houston, Texas 77064, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m., Friday, October 30, 2015 also at St. Maximillia­n Kolbe Catholic Church.
