Jennifer Lynn Beach

1952-2015

Jennifer Lynn Beach, age 63, died unexpectedly on October 5, 2015. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, she moved to Houston in 1960 with her family. She graduated from Lamar High School, attended Kansas City Art Institute and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. During her almost four decade nursing career, she worked in various clinical settings including mental health, transplant coordination and eventually retired from M.D. Anderson Hospital as a senior research coordinator. She was a very talented artist in many mediums including painting, sculpting, jewelry making, and wood and needle work. She was predeceased by her parents, Drs. Kenneth and Carol Beach. She is survived by her sister Pamela Beach and husband Bud Childers, and her great niece Hannah Childers.

Services will held October 31, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Henry David Thoreau Unitarian Universalist Church, 3945 Greenbriar Dr # D, Stafford, TX 77477.
