Cavs extend win streak to 6

CLEVELAND — LeBron James scored 29 points playing with a bruised quadriceps, and the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Indiana Pacers 101-97 on Sunday for their sixth straight win.

Kevin Love added 22 points and 19 rebounds for the Cavaliers, who haven’t lost since the season opener against Chicago.

KNICKS 99, LAKERS 95

Carmelo Anthony scored 24 points, and New York beat Los Angeles to spoil what might have been Kobe Bryant’s last game at Madison Square Garden.

Bryant finished with 18 points. The 37-year-old superstar, who hasn’t said if he will retire after this season, missed two shots and twice fouled Anthony during New York’s 11-0 run that turned a threepoint deficit into a 98-90 lead.

THUNDER 124, SUNS 103

Kevin Durant had 32 points and 11 rebounds, Russell Westbrook added 21 points and 13 assists, and host Oklahoma City beat Phoenix to snap a three-game losing streak.

PISTONS 120, BLAZERS 103

Andre Drummond had 29 points and 27 rebounds, Reggie Jackson scored 26 of his career-high 40 points in the fourth quarter, and Detroit won at Portland.

HEAT 96, RAPTORS 76

Chris Bosh scored 23 points, Hassan Whiteside added 20 points and 11 rebounds, and Miami rolled in the second half to beat visiting Toronto.
