Some national forecasts have been issued for the upcoming holiday season. Deloitte: Predicts sales will rise 3.5 to 4 percent. National Retail Federation: Up 3.7 percent. International Council of Shopping Centers: 3.3 percent growth. Wulfe & Co.: Up 3 to 4 percent in the Houston region.
