Local symphony sets free concert

Symphony North of Houston presents a free concert at 4 p.m. on Feb. 20 at Northwoods Presbyterian Church.

The winter concert features Williams’ Cowboys Overture, Ochoa’s Oboe Concerto, featuring Bonnie Haines and Samuel Barber’s Symphony No. 1 In One Movement op. 9.
