Complex upgrades with moderate rent

Amid a flurry of building activity in the Galleria area that has resulted in construction of several new and upscale multifamily residences, many of them sporting sky-high rents, one local complex has opted to upgrade its existing facilities while keeping prices moderate.

The Establishment, formerly called Westgate Apartments, is located at 2235 Winrock Blvd. Newly managed by Roscoe Properties, the complex has made and is continuing to make several improvements.
