Company delivers healthy meals to homes

A local company expanding its custom prepackaged meal programs throughout the greater Houston area.

Eatfitters, which offers healthy pre-portioned and individually packaged healthy meals at its five Houston locations, is now providing home delivery service. The company covers a 60-mile radius around greater Houston. Eatfitters provides low-sodium, high in protein ingredients selected by its staff nutritionists. Healthy meal plans are designed to meet a range of needs such as weight management, sodium restriction or protein-rich diets. According to a news release, orders should be placed 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure complete delivery. Eatfitters has three area locations: 601 Jefferson St. in Downtown Houston, 12351 Kingsride Lane in the Memorial area and 2611 S. Shepherd Drive.
