Screening for health problems set at H-E-B

H-E-B supermarket at the corner of San Felipe and Fountain View offers second Saturday Health screenings each month from free from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. in the pharmacy.

The next health screening will be held Saturday, March 12.

Those who take advantage will have access to free blood pressure and glucose checks in addition to cholesterol checks for only $3.99. Fasting is required for anyone taking the A1C test, which is used to diagnose Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. That test costs $29.99.
