Library observes Black History Month

Northwest Branch Library, 11355 Regency Green Drive in Cypress, is displaying in the Children’s Library this month black authors or illustrators of picture books and biographies of extraordinary Black Americans. Join the Feb. 23 preschool jazz storytime at 10:30 a.m. where ages 3 to 5 will hear stories about jazz legends and make their own instrument while listening to jazz records play.
