Carnan Properties’ new office at 5433 Westheimer is not only state of the art, but the 8,000-square-foot space will feature a rotating display of art from famed painters.
Carmina Zamorano, founder and CEO of Carnan Properties, an international real estate company, said creating a space that reflected the company’s desire to grow within the Houston community was a key factor in the new office’s design.
“It’s very important to create a comfortable work environment.
“We have a great camaraderie here,” Zamorano said.
“A fun office leads to creativity. You need to enjoy where you work.”
Zamorano teamed with architect Carlos Castroparedes to design the new office, which boasts a tree sprouting from the lobby floor to symbolize growth.
In addition to serving as Carnan Properties’ workspace, the office will also be available to local non-profit groups and other organizations interested in using the space for events during evening hours.
A large meeting room, kitchen area and room to gather make the office an ideal place for socials or other events.
